All of the merchandise we sell is guaranteed as follows:

• Gold plated and Stainless Steel merchandise is guaranteed for 1 year after date of purchase.
• Rhodium plated merchandise is guaranteed for 90 days after date of purchase.
• Our guarantee is limited to defects in manufacturing and/or metal plating.
• Our liability is limited to a replacement of the jewelry piece(s) purchased for identical ones.
• Broken jewelry or jewelry that has lost stones will not be exchanged, except when the defect exists when the merchandise is received after the initial shipping.
• We are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping.
• Jewelry that has been cleaned or accidentally came in contact with chemicals will not be exchanged.
