To place an order, you must sign up. After you sign up, you will receive an email with a link that you must click in order to activate your account. We do this so that automated sign-ups don't work. Signing up is free, of course.

After you have signed up, you may place orders by clicking on products and then adding them to your shopping cart, and finally by performing a checkout.

When you place an order, we pre-authorize your credit card, but will not actually charge your card until we ship your merchandise. We usually ship all orders within 24 hours after you place them.

We ship everything via UPS ground. You can choose to have your order sent UPS 2-day air if you wish. When we ship your order, you will receive an email with a tracking number that you may use to track when your order will arrive to you.

Note that we can drop-ship your orders, if that is what you want. If you want us to drop-ship an order for you, you must complete this form and fax it to us to the fax shown in the form itself. If you do not want to drop-ship, you don't have to fill the form, but we will only ship to the billing address of the credit card you used to place the order. You must submit the drop-ship form only the first time you do it. If you want subsequent orders to be drop-shipped our system keeps track that you have sent the authorization form already.
